Free Service Period is valid from the paid treatment date for pests listed on appointment. Free Service Period will expire on the date of the original paid treatment date.
Cockroaches, Silverfish & Spiders
We offer a 3 month Free Service Period from the date of treatment.
The chemicals that we use are Australian Made and Manufactured to meet Australian conditions, unfortunately these products break down in UV light and certain weather conditions, the manufacturer recommends a 90 day residual which we pass onto our clients.
We recommend that cobwebs are removed 7 days after the treatment with a brush. When mopping floors avoid edges and skirting boards for the first 2 weeks after treatment.
Allow 4-6 weeks for the treatment to take full effect.
We don’t offer warranty on vegetation as the residual just does not last as leaves drop off frequently.
Even after we have treated it is normal to still see a cockroach or spider, cockroaches fly and spiders move around. Our treatment only works once the pest has crossed over a treated area. We aim to treat all possible surfaces to ensure the best treatment.
Any Free Service treatments will be to the affected areas only.
German Cockroaches
We offer a 3 month Free Service Period from the date of treatment.
German Cockroaches don’t fly and they don’t live outside. We move them around via boxes/cardboard, second hand appliances, from your friend or relatives place (they will hitch a hide in bags, clothing etc). Identifying how they entered your home will go a long way to reducing the risk of ongoing infestation.
Once we have completed our treatment, we ask that you don’t use any other pest treatments, let our treatment do its job. It can take 2-3 weeks on a minor infestation or up to 6 weeks on a bad infestation to get full eradication. Each day you will see less & less activity.
Ants
We offer a 3 month Free Service Period from the date of treatment.
We only offer a 3 month Free Service Period as ants create a lot of infrastructure in the ground, once we eradicate a colony of ants, it extremely common for another colony to take over the nest at some point in the future. Unfortunately the spray residual is very limited on lawns, paths etc.
Rodents
We offer a 3 month Free Service Period from the date of treatment.
Fleas & Ticks
We offer a 3 month Free Service Period from the date of treatment.
Once we complete our treatment, it can take up to 2-3 weeks for complete eradication. A flea has 4 stages of it’s life cycle and the 3rd stage (Pupa, before turning into a flea) is a stage where the treatment is ineffective. The pupa stage can last for months unless there is a food source for the flea. Once the final stage is complete the treatment is then effective as the flea will cross the treated surface in search of a food source. Human activity within the affected area will actually speed up the eradication process.
Termites
Will be determined on what treatment has been completed.
